Unless your business is a Pty Ltd, then it's an extension of yourself, and only personal bankruptcy will remove any of it's responsibilities. A private business or partnership doesn't have the option of going bankrupt, so the owners have no protection from taking responsibility. That's just how it works, not a comment on what you are or are not doing. And I didn't say anything about 2 years.
