Yeah, the other have given tops advice.

Start with the cheapest.

Pull the covers off, clean out all the plug holes.
Test drive it.

If it still does it, buy new plugs.
You can get a set of coppers for about $30, plantiums for $100, or iridiums for $160.

Set of leads are $350ish RRP from Toyota.
TopGun do a set, but I wouldn't recommend them.
Bosch make a set too, I'm about to try them out.

New airfilter will be $30-$80, depending if its genuine.

New fuelfilter will be about the same, depending if its genuine. (factory location is next to the tank)

I would recommend changing all of the above over the next few months, then you know its done (unless it already looks brand new)

All can be changed at home if you have some mechanical knowledge, or with a friend who has some.

Should be an easy fix with a bit of persistance.
