I used the black outer one only, cut to fit with a Stanley knife (razorblade knife). Make sure you make it long enough (I think I made mine 5cm (or 5mm longer than if you use the bottom sleeve) but I don't remember. I did not use the original bottom sleeve.
The two sleeves are inner ones and I don't think they will fit over the Soarer internals.
If you look at the pictures you will see that those two inner sleeves are only used with the Nissan install.
