i can see how after the first cut out your are getting fuel back up the pipe, my fuel only comes out when i really swing the back end around, toyota sold me the wong petrol cap and want change as i have lost the cap. i only had something simliar like that happen to me once when i did the drive from brisbane to cairns i put as much fuel as the car would take a bit to much and it came pour back out but never did that again but i di go 7-9 cut off after the first one and shaked the car between every cut off.
