It turns out the weight gain is not that significant.

Factory TT rotors 8.2kg JZA80 9.3kg
Factory TT calipers 5.7kg JZA80 6.3kg

Thats a 1.7kg gain (less the dust cover) for an extra 655 braking horse power, or a 12% weight gain for an extra 64% braking power. (If my maths is correct!)
