Paul and I had a look at the rear end (of the car, you dirty bugger) yesterday. It would seem there are two ways to modify the wing:

1. Fabricate new endplates that bolt to the rear quarter panels like on the 300ZX

2. Move the centre mounts outwards about a foot so they are directly over the chassis rails and then fabricate something to join the two. The beauty of this is that directly over the chassis rail is clear boot lid (no skeleton) so making something up should be easy.

I promised the missus I would pack the car up after the weekend and concentrate on moving. The problem is when I get these ideas, they keep running through my mind refining themselves and sooner or later I just need to work.
