Cheers Dan, looks like you might be right. I found a free PDF on working with Lexan, written by GEStructural products the company who makes Lexan.

For most types of forming you need to get the temperature up to around 150 deg C. I might try 'drape forming' the rear quarter glass as they should fit in the kitchen oven (hope the missus doesn't read this!)

Need a bloody big oven for the rear and side windows though. Might have to dig up an old bar heater and see how hot I can get things. The trick will be getting an even heat.

The mind boggles at the injuries I could do with a big heater...!
