You probably need a larger oil cooler. I had the same issues until I bought a 28 row Earls cooler.

Regarding the upper arms, the Ikeya Formula have serrations on the mating surfaces which also transfer the load apart from the 4 bolts. The bolts are high tensile and the forces are in shear whereas the Just Jap arms have a bending moment on the rod end. The upper arms have to react to the braking forces so while the stock arms don't look that beefy, consider the major forces are in a horizontal plane and they have a lot of material where it counts. With the Just Jap ones, when you brake the steering upright is trying to bend the rod end forward and after enough time it might succeed.

I know this probably sounds like any other forum paranoia, but when you're doing track work you have to consider the risks and what your life is worth (I'm quite serious about that last point).
