Cheers Aiden. I believed the car had a 1:23 in it with a little more finessing, but I guess I'll never know. What I want to do now is get out to Mallala ASAP and drop a time to for comparison over the next set of mods.

When I get to RAdelaide I have a set of fibreglass guards and a bonnet coming from Lew's private stash at a nice price, a new oil cooler (hopefully to solve the oil temp issues) and I am considering redoing the front bar again.

I believe I am also due a set of tyres soon, as these are nearly 2 years and many track days old. There has to be a second or so in there as well.

Next year was to be the year I bought/developed some power, but we have just purchased a house again so until the mortgage settles into a routine it would be a little irresponsible to lash out and spend $5-7000 on a turbo kit, computer, fuel system etc. I might just buy good parts as they come up over the next 12 months and see how we go in 2012.

I could sell the red car, but then I'd have to buy something else and lets face it: after buying a second hand clunker of a ute there wouldn't be any money to buy a turbo anyway.
