Possibly.

I had my heart set on more power, but after two years of hoping a cheaper solution would present itself I decided more adjustment was needed in the front end.

This probably means I will not be buying brand new parts for a single turbo upgrade. There is a GT30 kit that I might have the opportunity to buy used locally down here, other wise I'll just keep my eye open for the right setup to pop up for sale.

I was passed a phone number of a bloke who runs an mechanical engineering/dyno tune joint locally. In a couple of weeks I think I might go and talk to him and get some ideas about taking my engine situation forwards. I am conscious that I have a stock powerplant and it is beginning to gnaw at me. I am thinking maybe I get some management and see if we can maximise what I have in the bay right now. Unfortunately I am going to have to get help here, as I never got the hang of tuning, and there is too much background knowledge required to anticipate and fix tuning conundrums.
