15th on the grid. Happy with that and it puts it into perspective, even on semi slicks. I have posted times in one of the track times threads.
Jeff- I am very interested in Matt's idea. I like the idea of 20 years of development and advancement in coil design for less than the cost of a direct factory replacement. The way I see it: I am still buying OEM quality control and reliability, just 20 years newer. I would like to think that they didn't spend 20 years making the coils worse, especially the intense focus on more efficient combustion that occurred in those 20 years.
Tell you what - if it doesn't work you can say I told you so. I wish someone had spoke up when I was buying the Supersparks in the group buy, because then I would be $500 better off. Usually I wait a while and see how it turns out for others before jumping on something new. To be honest though, until I started having problems with them I had never heard of others having issues. You win some, you get ripped off some.
