After trying Toyota, who have no Australian stock (4-6 week wait), trying US websites (part cost 83-87 cents, postage ranging from $65 - $125), and looking to the aftermarket in Australia I decided to make my own Gasket, control shift lever retainer, No 2.
I couldn't get the recommended 0.4mm paper. The closest I could get was 0.8mm. I also could only buy it by the roll, so I have a meter or so left for, erm, next time.
