Good bet for the source of the oil, judging by how much is present over the inside of the transmission tunnel and under the shifter boot area in that photo? Make a gasket for the shifter boot too, that should stop it coming into the cabin at least.
And you may need a new blade for that craft knife. Those cuts are awful! I know you won't see it, but you'll know.
