They have a fair bit of gutter rash, but yes it is a very good price. If they were a lighter rim, it would be a no brainer, but at 9.5 - 10kg they aren't light/cheap enough for me to commit.

He is here local, but at this stage I would rather get these doors underway, and need some cash for a set of rubber next year.

There were a set of SE37K I missed out on for $700. They are a bloody light rim, but for some reason not as popular as the TE37. No hurry for 18s, as they are only to fit the control tyre if I ever decide to run WTAC. I shall just keep an eye out. Never know I might find a pair of 10 or 10,5 inch rims to match the Volk GTN. They look very similar to the CE28N, and a number of other 10 spoke rims.
