What color were you after Nathan?, if it's the Spruce one, you'll only be able to buy 2nd. hand, BUT they do pop up reasonably often, so you should be able to pick one up.
You could put a request up in the Wanted to Buy section, and postage to Canada would be cheap on such a light/small item.
If it's NOT a Spruce one you're after........disregard all of the above, as the other two colors are available NEW from Toyota.
ps: You could always buy the wrong color, and paint it to suit
