Interestingly enough that I measured my TEINS struts and found the following:

The total distance as per the first picture is 600mm. Therefore a difference of 35mm.

However the spring distance (as per the second picture) is 310mm, basically 2mm difference.

Therefore to have my standard strut made the same height as my TEINS was previously set, I would need to get my car lowered by 30mm I would assume. Would this be right?

Either way I can probably go to a suspension place and take my TEIN struts with me and say I want it at the same height that these when they were on the car.
