Or much, much, easier is to measure the height from the hub centre to the wheel arch and decide how much lower you want the arch to be. For example if the measurement is say 350mm and the arch was 30mm lower previously(with your Teins) just get hold of some 30mm lower springs.

If 30mm is the height reduction you are after King springs "LOW" (not "super low"!) are quoted as dropping the car 30mm.
