All wheels have a pre-determined offset, they can't be adjusted. The only way they can be adjusted is by
a) Welding additional metal/skimming excess metal (heard of it being done, not worth it)
b) Spacers (they will only subtract the offset... eg. +41mm with a 20mm spacer = +21mm overall)
