They have a pin type adjustment , there are usually 3 sets of lugs sticking out at different heights and you take the spring weight off the bottom mount and you can set it onto the lower lugs , not the best way to adjust height , you are supposed to have the correct weight spring to give you the static sag you need and then adjust that as a whole to get the height you want .
