Would the lower control arms of a UZZ31 fit that of a JZZ30 (TT), is the only difference between the two the cast iron lug for the height control rods?

Also I am gathering that the upper control arms would be the same between the two types as well?

Am in need of changing both upper and lower control arms and trying to find the most affordable approach to doing so...
