Dennis i replied to your thread over at PF ;)

I will try to sum it up!

All Aristo and JZA80 Supra (except 6-speed turbo '93-'96) centres and housings are straight bolt-in, only differences are the ratios and minor casting differences (fins) on the Supra housings

If you get a non-turbo, non-6-speed Supra diff it should be the same 4.08 ratio so you wont even need to swap centres, just bolt the whole thing in

Now, if you get a complete diff/housing with a factory-installed T2 centre, it is also bolt-in, however depending on what donor car it came from the axle stubs may use smaller driveshaft bolts, so make sure you use your existing soarer axles when you reassemble the centre with your 4.08 gears (again, straight swap)

None of this is difficult at all, but remember to use loctite on the crown and driveshaft bolts

Also, T2 diffs can be had from Yahoo.jp, i have one already and another on its way, look for UZZ40, JZS16x or late-model JZA80 diffs
