Yes you can. As stated above, just check that your drive shafts (and anything else unbolted/loose) cant flail about and cause damage.

The wheels are fixed onto the hubs, which are held in place by the suspension components.

You haven't had an older live axle car previously have you? I saw a Holden ute spit a wheel/axle out due to a broken diff, but it won't happen to your Soarer.
