Yes yes and yes, Bilsteins are the best you can get. They are rebuildable and there is a huge selection of valves available - straight out of their racing catalog. You can also buy the outer threaded sleeves for them to be height adjustable. You would never need to throw Bilsteins away and you could make a much better suspension out of them than anything else. The dude who knows all about em on the Supra is gixxer drew. Check him out, he's famous for an awesome Bilstein setup.

From what I remember, Supra Bilsteins are about the same internally as any of B's other racing shocks. They are, simply, the best. I have put Bilstein shocks on a Corvette and they were an unbelievable upgrade over the KYBs that were on it. And that was straight out of the box without messing with the valving. As we have another Vette in the shed awaiting resto, there is now another box of Bilsteins on the shelf.

These are shocks you can take apart, rebuild, buy parts for, adjust, have fun with and learn stuff on. They are a world above the other gear - they are a piece of racing equipment.
