Not sure if its legal or not but I used that suspension setup on 17 inch rims for about 6 months and it was definitely too low at the front (kept scrubbing the guards). I ended up putting standard JZA80 King springs on (part numbers KTFL-109 and KDFL-116) and rides much better now.
