If I wanted to drive that slow I'd just get in the corolla.
My soarers strictly a 2AM-on-quiet-back-roads-to-nowhere car these days. It doesn't see the traffic and shopping trolley duties needed to rack up big k's.
As far as small tyres on big wheels are concerned, cost is just one reason. Theres better cornering stability, the ability to run wider track (lower offset wheels)and the asthetics (if your into that kinda thing)
