its not camber causing the inside edge chewing out, its toe - in your case, too much toe out

A common culprit for this is a worn steering rack and/or tie rod ends and/or ball joints - the slop in these areas makes it difficult for anyone to adjust toe with any precision, hence why people say they've had alignments done more than once and it didnt fix the problem
