Once you have found the height you wanna be at I recommend getting a wheel alignment done as the geometry will have changed quite a bit. This would go for any size wheels really. I have 19's on my UZZ31 and have a height controller too.
The 'bar' id the hight sensor rod. You dont need to adjust those unless you want the car to sit on its belly If you do you will just have to adjust them down a little. but you will find that the height controller will put it at a pretty low height at its lowest any way.
