Soarer wheel alignments aren't easy. The rear is not exactly the most simplistic setup:

Both the lateral LCA's control toe and camber so getting everything back there to line up in a 15-20 year old car that may or may not be using original bushes can be hard. Especially hard if you don't see Soarer's often.
