perhaps not holding pressure in the fuel lines sitting overnight.

When you take the petrol cap off, does it release pressure when your filling up at the service station? if not maybe the petrol cap is leaking.

I had this issue with my supra, took ages to start. (prime the fuel system and build up pressure in the fuel rail.)
