Mike, I don't own one (As ya know) but the pwr steer pump leaking into the alternator is the same deal as a Soarer. Lower front ball-joints are a common wear item on the old bangers, as in 89 - 93. Other than that not a hell of a lot goes pear-shaped other than the AC display bleeding, and turning blacker than a Negro's bum, and the dash display getting dim, and the needles loosing intensity (Celsior/LS400's answer to "Blinki-dash").
And of course the good old Air-struts will go "Poof" eventually........then you'll be shelling out a few clams!.
And prolly some other odds n' sods, but NOTHING major either physically or financially.
