Sohail. The best advice is to start reading the forum. Pretty much all of these issues have been covered in details and you will learn a lot more in the process of discovery by doing some homework yourself.

Then ask questions about what you aren't clear on.

You also should define the problems better. Broken dash board could mean anything including some of the lights don't work, or the fuel gauge is inaccurate, or the dash doesn't light up for 15 minutes or whatever.

Each is a different problem with it's own solution, usually fixable for minimal cost, or you can simply buy a new dash from Toyota for maybe $3,000. Which way would you prefer to deal with the issue?
