you see thats the thing boris...i dont see the people in this particular thread as potential customers..this is a thread in a totally unrelated area of the forum asking for a clean up for another thread...as for the other thread im not trying to grow a customer base here on soarer central...i supply to retailers, i was trying to do a favor for people that missed out on the previous buys...why? well i dont really know anymore...i was under the impression that the people here are worth putting some time and effort in to do things for..the gear im using is far from cheap. and what id be making on the kits provided through here wouldnt even pay for the coffee im drinking while im replying to this. in most cases id be losing money on the cost to get the product from my door to them(after i take the time to test the product for the person that purchased it)
dan...not that its any of your business in any way whatsoever....yes...i am...i run 2 businesses and i dot every i and cross every t...
peter..there is a large difference between having a product scrutinised....and having some body with no interest whatsoever in the product unfairly lable you and your product as cheap tacky crap without ever using it, knowing...or even knowing of the person supplying it...or even seeing it IRL because they read some things on wiki and they suddenly *think* they are an expert on the technology...
i found myself in a position that i could provide a product at a very good price to the members of a forum that i happen to appreciate...a product that i know myself to be quality because i have sourced each part of it myself and tested it in several vehicles over time.
when old mate on here before found himself in a position that he had a few kits and he could profiteer and move them on here for good money, he wasnt crucified, attacked and even had his business ethics questioned like this..or even had the quality of the gear he was moving at a profit questioned...i saw that people missed out that oppertunity...at the time i was almost one of the people that did...when i found myself importing HID lighting wanted to be able to give something back and provide a product for the people that did miss out and i basically get shat on...
take people for a ride, and do it with a smile on •• face and they will blindly hand over money no questions asked.....try to do the same people a favor and they will stab you in eye for it.
so in short...screw it peter...im over it...the product is no longer on offer to anybody from this forum. if your members want them, they can contact me for a list of retailers that stock them and they can pay whatever the mark the retailer puts on them for kits that havnt been hand tested by myself before they are sent out.
