It won't work; the active suspension system is designed around certain operating parameters and unless you reverse engineer the entire system and rebuild to suit your specifications, it just won't work.

On a car with 'normal' suspension, it would be expensive, time consuming and difficult. Wrangling with Toyota's Active suspension is something that, to this day, nobody has attempted; with good reason.

(What I'm talking about here is the control system; ie. how the electronics respond to road conditions)
