Hi Ray,

Bad news, likely the heater core in the back of the dash.

If you can survive without the heater, bypass it with new coolant pipes and press out an water/coolant with an air compressor.

Otherwise the fix means removing the entire dash assembly, everything has to come out to get access to the heater core

The only issue is you can't get new ones from Toyota, discontinued, a Supra one might work but needs modifying and they are quite expensive. Not sure if you can get aftermarket types, but likely can.
