Getting insurance under your parents name as a named driver is one way but not sure if the car has to be in their name and you may not be allowed to be the main driver, i.e. only say 25% of the time.
It's no good lying to the insurance company as they'll try and get out of any claims any way they can.
Also using your parents insurance will mean that you'll never get a no claims bonus.
Best to get the best you can, at least 3rd party, and pay monthly.
Once you get to 25yrs old then premiums drop.
