Before you do anything else, check the wheel.
Bolts are tight, spigot/centering ring good (if you have any), wheel damage.

A wheel that is not properly centered or not properly put on will do the same.
If it is a wheel then you should feel it in your bum if it's a rear and in the steering wheel if it's a front.
