Two screws at the bottom, two clips at the top and two each side. Sitting in the back seat, remove the screws from the bottom and pull the centre of the panel towards you, using the top as a kind of hinge. The side clips should release (or rip out of the cardboard backing). Once the side clips in the middle are released, pull the panel downwards to the floor of the car.
