Robert is quite correct, forgot about the way the side clips engage.... I did stuff the clips badly where the pass through the cardboard backing. If you do this, all is not lost. I peeled back the vinyl to expose the hole. I then cut a flat piece of plastic from an ice cream container and used this as as reinforcement, placed between the vinyl and the cardboard. I then drilled the rivets out of the metal clips and replaced the rivets with a flat headed bolt, appropriate washers and a small nut. Used a layer of hot glue to stick it all together, and hey presto as good as new.

Best if you can AVOID this stuff-around though!
