Yep, very easy Just remove one of the trans cooler lines! drop about 2-3 litrs of fluid down the dipstick... Start car, allow a couple of litres to come out.. Repeat a few times until nice clean fluid coming out of trans cooler hose, and then your finished
Make sure you disconnect the line from the trans cooler back to the trans, so the cooler gets a flush too

I agree with Peter & Miles, - I do 90% of my own repairs and servicing, but with the transmission after mucking about doing it myself at home, making a mess and being unhappy with the results, and then paying $230 for a professional job - its worth the money for a proper power flush.
