Custom made Carbon Fiber BFI lids, is there anything better to spiffy up that crappy old plastic lid on yours? Probably not. Yes friends, that's genuine carbon fiber on there as well. Not that fake look-a-like pattern out there.
Very easy to install and looks 10 times better than the crummy old piece of plastic that I imagine most of us have under the bonnet. Ever since installing my BFI-III I've never been happy with the top plate, it sagged and got really old really fast and was always something that didn't look nice but did the job it was meant to. Well now I have the best of both worlds.
As far as I know they are still available for both TT's and V8's. If your interested, and why wouldn't you be, I got mine from Ben Socratous, I'm sure if you give him a PM he can hook you up!
(I have a gloss coat polish finish on mine, it's just pretty dustyand dirty around my place so in never looks it's shiny best, I've stopped trying to make it gleam)

And for those of you that are still waiting on them...
I haven't forgotten about you, I've just been a bit ill lately I have about enough carbon left for 5, maybe 6 more lids then that's it. PM's have been replied to.
Cheers

Hey Guys
Looking to do a BFI and just wanting to know if anyone has had any issues or heard if anyone has had any stories about water leaking into the intake after doing a BFI? eg. heavy rain or washing the car
