My hydraulic pump leaked out oil, over the space of 2 weeks and ran dry, now the pump squeaks and groans, and will not work. I topped up the oil and did a suspension test and its just sat their. I also pressed the active high button, and it does not go up. The car when driven is all bouncy, like when you turn off the suspension via the switch. Does anyone know what i should do next.

I'm not an expert, It is probably just O rings seals gone. If you are not confident get a competent high pressure hydraulic mechanic to rebuild it. Sometimes high pressure pumps require special tools- not sure on this one though. Also You can probably get a rebuild kit from Toyota.

Jethro,
Constant pressure, variable delivery pumps do not like to run dry. Me thinks you might be up for an expensive repair. These pumps are not for the every day mechanic to play with. I don't know of anyone in Qld, but in Victoria, Doug at Sport & Luxury cars would be the person to talk to.

Jethro, I would endorse what Daryl has above said as my pump failed several years ago, but with some expensive parts (as well as a long wait from Toyota Japan)and quality labour work through Doug at Sports and Luxury, I eventually got mine running perfectly again.
