Hi All, this question seems to have been asked a few times but the thread usually goes off topic.

My UZZ31 is stock standard with no modifications at all so far. The suspension appears to be fully extended equally to all four wheels, been like it for the 12 months I've had the car, however it rides OK. I recently replaced the height/TEMS switch as the TEMS switch was inoperable and I hoped the height switch was the same.

Since putting in the new switch I turned the suspension unit off in the boot and disconnected the battery overnight, hoping it would reset, unfortunately the next morning the suspension was still fully extended.

What is is the problem most likely to be?

Also is it a good sign of the condition of the airbags that they have been fully extended for over a year and not deflated at all in this time?

I will appreciate any advice from the forum, cheers, Greg

If it was pumped up and you turned it off shouldn't it stay pumped if it has no leaks in the system?

Daniel, if the height switch is not working how can I adjust or deflate the suspension?

Maybe the heigh adjustment rods are damaged or adjusted incorrectly?

Search for airbag diagnostics. There is a great thread about it from years ago with tonnes of fault finding, diagnostic and manipulation info.
