Hey guys, A couple of weeks a go I started getting a grinding noise at the front left hand side of my car when ever I made a right hand turn. It now has developed into a crunching noise the last few day and now happens on right hand turns and sometimes over bumps. So today I got my local mechanic to take a look and he said I need a new left hand link pin. Now I have searched the site here and can't find any info on a soarer link pin. So I am wondering if I am using the right name to find the part I need or if it is called something else. I know very little about this stuff so any advice would be greatly appreciated so I can try and source a replacement asap

when you turn a corner and let go of the steering wheel , does it self centre?
It does self centre.
Also I should add that I feel no vibrations through the steering wheel just through the floor when it makes the crunching sounds if that makes sense

I spoke to the mechanic again and he said it is the left hand link pin that connects the sway bar to the lower control arm. If a I made a post in parts section would most know what part that is now?

I have the same issue, except mine knocks when the left wheel goers over a bump or turns. You can buy them on ebay separately $97 incl. postage , or you can either buy the full kit ( Both front and Rear sway bar links ,left and right sides ) for $75, or only the rear sway bar links $45. I made the mistake of only buying the rear set to discover my front ones are on their way out, and the left ones already gone. Just search on ebay for Soarer sway bar links.
P.S It says for the full kit for $75 that its 92-00, not sure if that's a mistake or there is a difference with the links between 91 and 92 model Soarers.
