I broke a stud on the drivers side rear wheel, a while back and now i need help fitting a new stud. I have taken the caliper off but i cant get the rotor to come off. Is there any instructions online to change the stud, or does anyone know how to do it?
Thanks

Luis, don't forget to make sure your handbrake is OFF, otherwise you will NOT be able to remove the rear rotor.

Have you tried tapping the back of the rotor (lightly)
with a hammer? (so you hit it towards you)

might help.

If it is the rear disc, undo the big screws that hold them down first. Discs do seize onto rotors due to rust, use CRC and a rubber hammer if u can ,sometimes it may take bit of force. tap it sequentially, one spot after another, so the force rotates around, not just on 1 spot.

There are no screws holding the disk on, it's a floating disk.

You need to back off the handbrake shoes, they are binding on the mini drum inside the rotor.

If you don't know how to do that, get a mechanic to fix it, you are dealing with your life.

Only remove the rotor by screwing in correct sized bolts into the 2 provided holes.

Hitting the rotor with anything is VERY BAD and dangerous.
