Good afternoon everyone.

I am looking for an address for Toyota in Japan, particularly their customer relations one. Attempting to get a few things changed about the horrible Lexus/Toyota dealers here. And also about Toyota of N.A. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Josh....Toyota does ever think in its power to stop the imports ! they are slowly changing the import regs by lobying gov depts,having said that some toyota dealers in oz have switch on and the spares dept is the winner.

Mustafa hi ..how do you mean....having left Toyota last year things might be changing????

At the dealership i was at we were not allowed to take an import as a trade in on a new toyota the polity was to punish import buyers..sad a.
now working for an import place much happier.

I have received correspondence from Toyota Japan. I found them very helpful. They sent me a free copy of the owner's manual for my Toyota Soarer.
