wellll my soarer is a GTTL (no LSD but has active suspension..
im told that my soarer uses the active suspension but not the airbag type... it activates when the car is in ECT mode (its auto).. and will automatically adjsut stiffness based on Gforces it detects...
im taking that suspension out and putting in Tein coilovers...
the car only has 84,000km on it and the suspension is in amazing shape.
whats it worth? are there people who would want it?

You're talking about TEMS, which isn't the most marvelous thing in the world, pretty sure it's not variable (IE It's either on or off no matter how hard you're throwing it into that corner), but apparently the struts over your side of the ditch cost a fortune, so there may be a market for them.

Only the UZZ32 has the active suspension. Tems is not variable independently. It is helpful however, only modestly on the earlier soarers. The later models 92 up have a dedicated button to control it. Again, the option is on-off yet is more noticeable when it has it's own button for some reason.
