On my soarer I notice when I full lock to the right at about the point of 60-70% of the turn of full lock the steering wheel will jump and slip into the turn more so. Then sometimes when in hard right turning e.g. u turns if I go slow then I will feel a grinding grumbling crunching feeling.
Any ideas? Any further testing and relay of info on my part I can do?

Get what when I go over bumps and out of driveway? It feels harsh yes when I go over bumps but it doesn't start to vibrate continuously after so.
Did you problem with the power steering rack bushes cause the slip further to the right while going towards full lock right? Did you have any grinding feeling when turning?
Are those vlamos bushes different to the branz? that link doesn't work.
from what i remember, if it was the diff you will really feel the BANG BANG BANG on slight turns or full lock once the diff has dead. The feeling will be comming from the rear towards the front. with the front, at first it feelt like something has let go on the gear box. Best to check if its your diff by opening up the filler plug or drain plug to see any metal shavings.

When I used to go over speed bumps I would heard a Crunch or Knock sound. When I would take corners my steering wouldn't re-align back to center.... just things like that. I would also get wheel shudder even though my alignment and balance of my wheels was perfect.

Ok guys thanks. I am thinking it is more like what Trent has.
Before I go ahead and buy Power steering rack bushes are there any further tests or visual or tactile inspections I can do to confirm? I might only need one bush as well perhaps?

I took mine to Pedders and paid them the $14 to check it out.... they had my car up on a drive on hoist and when the guy turned the steering wheel, you could see the rack wobble all over the place.
