just wondering if you would be able to take a set of struts and springs out of a 1jz TT and chuck them into a uzz32 limited? if not, what sort of mods would you need to make?

Oh doh! As if,I don't think so

Sorry Nathan, but what would be the point, you would lose the advantage of an exceptional, incomparable refined suspension system that exceeds anything that a TT could possibly offer.

If his struts need a rebuild(no doubt-as they are coming up 15 years old), then he will need to spend approx $1k['bout the price of a good set of shockies]on spare parts plus some wonderful learning curve time to become intimately appreciative of the finer qualities of such an outstanding suspension.

This I know....... happening as we speak

If the '32's any good otherwise I'd think about swapping him a very nice '31 with all mods done and NEW airbag struts.

Hay steve, How is your car going??

Nathan,
If your mate wants normal shockies, tell him to sell the '32 to someone who will appreciate and look after it, and buy a '31 and put springs in that.

IMHO. :-)
