I need the following part for a 1990 UCF11 Celsior, however I dont know what it is called (feel free to jump in with the part name). It sits to the rear of the engine bay mounted on the firewall. Fed by 2 hoses. It usually has a black plastic cover, but is pictured without. Here's a couple of pics.
