I tried removing the Rear upper control arms to install new bushings today, but failed.

The bolts on the UCA would not come out. Normally the bolt would be welded on one side so that the bolt can come out, but it seems this isnt the case in our cars.

I need a good (Re: reasonably priced) shop who is able to do this task for me. Recommendations are welcomed.

Use two tools, one on each end and provide torque so it does not spin whilst undoing.

I wanted to remove them as well yesterday, I couldn't really fit a tool on both ends and just assumed you'd have to drop the whole subframe to get it out. So I didn't even try.
